Designed for groups sized from 50 to 500, our "Let's Take Manhattan" program services are a fantastic opportunity to get the entire group out of the hotel for a few hours for organized activities that help them decompress, re-energize, bond with colleagues and experience different neighborhoods in the city.
...And we'll make sure everyone returns to the property on time and together!
How it works:
PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT: After determining how many attendees will participate in each program and with a good understanding of the audience demographics & interests, we'll present you with program ideas to select from.
CUSTOM WEBSITE: Just think how much time you'll save not receiving emails or phone calls with questions!
We will design, at no additional fee, a customized website to provide a nucleus of information and help promote the multiple programs available.
ATTENDEE PROGRAM SELECTION: We will create an online RSVP form and provide you the link for attendees to register and select which program they want to participate in.
ONSITE MANAGEMENT: We know that attendees will change their mind once they've arrived at the meeting...and we are prepared for that. Provide our staff a table in the registration area and we'll personally accommodate changes and keep the attendance reports updated on the spot!
TRANSPORTATION LOGISTICS: This is tricky unless you know what you're doing...and we have more than 20 years experience in transportation logistics! We'll coordinate with the property to stage vehicles and provide ample onsite staff to move the group seamlessly from the hotel to their appropriate vehicle.
